Heiwa Dojo of Joliet, IL. has officially evolved and relocated to Channahon, IL. Our group is now under the umbrella organization of Three Rivers Budokai. The staff, students and arts remain unchanged.

We will eventually transition to a new and appropriate dedicated web site.

Welcome to Three Rivers Budokai

and the Classical Martial Arts of Japan

Three Rivers Budokai is an organization which welcomes serious adults to pursue the  classical martial arts of Japan as a way of life. Our primary arts are the Tenshin-ryu (kenjutsu), and the Yamate-ryu (aikijutsu).   

We are located approximately 55 miles south of Chicago in Channahon, IL.
